Vision Communications said it is working hard to try and restore services to locals after Hurricane Ida.

The local cable/internet provider said today that they've tripled their crew counts in Lafourche Parish this week to try and bring communities back online.

Call volumes are high, but they're encouraging locals to create a ticket if they have to inform the company of any issue with services.

Vision stressed to customers today that if you're not receiving services, then your account will be credited for the service you're missing reflective of their reconnect dates.

There is no need for customers to call to qualify for a billing credit if services are still down.
